Yeah, I heard about that. Honestly, I’m not sure if Shooter is joking or not because he did the same thing with Virginfest. We'll just have to wait and see.
need a master list of every book and television show recommendation. young pope and new pope i've watched and reviewed the former. the vietnam book from bapcast is on my radar now.
In the "Three" link to glycineputler's podcast, I agree with the Tolkien comment that we can learn much from Tolkien's mythology. Great heroes, reluctant heroes, and Machiavellian intrigue! My favorite Tolkien passage is in his first posthumous book, "The Silmarillion," in the opening story, "The Music of Ainur," which is a very beautiful telling, retelling, of the fall of Satan from Heaven, before the stories of Genesis come into play in the real life Bible. Tolkien changes all the names, but it closely parallels the details found in the Old Testament and Hebrew scriptures. In Tolkien's telling, the parallels fade out after Satan is expelled from Heaven, but getting there really fires the imagination. Some Satan research has me wondering if music was Satan's best talent, a strong past time activity in Heaven, which Tolkien brings to life in a marvelous way. I have pondered if the Rider Tarot Card deck should have called their most powerful card differently because of this, not "The Magician" but "The Musician?" Satan is still evil, God is still good, but Tolkien nails the story in his imagination. Golly!
Shooter/Negative XP and Mencius Moldbug this is the best timeline. Dangerously Based.
